At Dsence, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our pure cotton bedsheets, and we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, this policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Dsence.
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The item is defective, damaged, or missing parts upon delivery.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence
- Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging Gift cards or promotional items
- Orders below Rs 500.
3. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Delivered wrong product (wrong size, colour, or design)
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition
- Product significantly different from what was shown on the website
- Missing items from the order
Note: If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size, we will try our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to stock availability.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to raise a return request:
- Email us at dsence77@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9462350122 within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photographs of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours
- Once approved, you will receive pickup instructions or a return shipping address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Hand over the package to our courier partner or ship it to the address provided
- Please do not return any item without prior approval from our team — unapproved returns will not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged/defective item): Dsence will bear the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup at no charge to you
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g. size exchange, change of mind): The customer will bear the return shipping charges
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Dsence is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product. Here is what happens next:
- Inspection Period: 1–2 business days after the product reaches us
- Refund Initiation: Refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days of a successful inspection
- Refund Credit: Depending on your payment method, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after initiation
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card — refunded to the same account
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — refunded via bank transfer (you will need to share your bank account details)
Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Dsence's error.
7. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or design, we are happy to help — subject to stock availability.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to you
- Exchange shipping charges follow the same policy as returns (Section 5)
In case the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please share:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or a short video of the damaged/defective product and its packaging
We will arrange an immediate pickup and either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share the following details when raising your return request:
- Account holder name
- Bank account number
- IFSC code
- Bank name and branch
Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched — contact us immediately at dsence77@gmail.com or 9462350122
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch require no refund as no payment has been made
11. Important Notes
- Dsence reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria upon inspection
- In case of a dispute, Dsence's decision will be final
- We recommend you check your order carefully upon delivery and report any issues promptly
- Always retain your order confirmation and tracking details until your return/refund is fully resolved
