DSENCE Premium Pure Cotton Bedsheets SHIPPING POLICY
At Dsence, we believe that great sleep starts with great bedsheets — and great bedsheets should reach you quickly, safely, and without hassle. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your package is dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Dsence is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most pin codes. To check whether we deliver to your location, you can enter your pin code at checkout.
We are working on expanding our delivery network. If your pin code is not currently serviceable, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery pin code and will be displayed at checkout. To view your applicable shipping charges, simply enter your pin code at checkout before completing your order.
Express shipping is also available at checkout for select pin codes, with additional charges based on delivery location.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons (sale periods, holidays, festive season) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or logistical disruptions. We will keep you updated in case of any significant delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS. You can use this ID to track your package on our website or the shipping partner's tracking portal.

6. Packaging
Every Dsence order is packed with care to ensure your bedsheets arrive in perfect condition. We use secure, compact packaging to minimise damage during transit. Our packaging is also environmentally conscious — because we care about the planet just as much as we care about your sleep.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. In the event of a failed delivery (due to no one being available, incorrect address, etc.):
- You will be notified via SMS/email after each failed attempt
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
- You may request re-delivery, which may attract additional shipping charges
- Refunds for returned packages will be processed after deducting the forward and reverse shipping costs
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
To report a damaged shipment, please email us at dsence77@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged package and product
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund based on the outcome of the investigation.
9. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons
During national holidays, festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), and sale events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Dsence ships only within India. We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to serve our global customers soon. Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media channels.
